Site Visit
Call or e-mail the office to arrange a site visit with our Project Manager and/or Foreman.

Verbal Quote
We strive to provide an estimate within 7 working days after the initial visit. At this time we will call and give a verbal estimate based on the meeting with the potential client.

Acceptance
If the client agrees to the verbal quotation, we will draw up a written contract, which requires a signature and deposit to hold the requested start date

Payment Schedule
A staggered payment schedule will be issued, so the client is able to manage finances accordingly

Completion
Upon completion of the work, we can offer a CD Rom personalised with the ‘before, during and after’ photos of your particular project, for a small fee. Previous clients have found this useful as a selling tool when they have put their property on the market

We now offer a planning service to provide a scaled drawing to aid you from conception to completion.
Our Project Manager will guide and advise you throughout the whole project.

Greentree Builders was established over a decade ago by a young, skilled professional, who had the drive and initiative to take the company from strength to strength; from an acorn, to an oak.

Our workforce are exceptionally skilled, each with years of experience in their relevant fields.

Project Manager
15 years time served carpenter. Previously run a successful business. Vast knowledge of working in the building industry, including various management roles

Foreman
Extensive knowledge of all areas of the building trade. An immense background in various of the trade.

Carpenter
Fully qualified, and with 30 years experience in the trade.

Master Plasterer/Decorator
Time served, with over 15 years experience. Vast knowledge of all areas of the trade.

Stonemason
Fully qualified stonemason and bricklayer

Labourers
We have a number of labourers with years of experience either with us, or another building company.

Office Manager
Qualified in business studies, computer literacy and information technology distinction. Experienced in accounting and payroll.

PA/Designer
Qualified architectural designer. Award winning bathroom designer with international experience.

Office Assistant
We are currently in the process of recruiting an office junior.
